The Alexa skill "Beyond Words" (the "skill") is operated by Oliver Berends-Dierks ("we," "the operator"), Europaring 90, c/o Online-Impressum.de #5480, 53757 Sankt Augustin, Germany, email: info@emma-and-chris.com.

The skill provides access to audio and media content related to Emma & Chris – The Story of Our Love and the music project Quiet Spark [Quiet Spark is operated by Oliver Berends-Dierks / (rights holder)]. It allows users to access songs, Audio Moments, images, and other supplementary media content associated with the books and their stories. Some content may be accessed using codes or instructions provided in the books.

2. Use of the Skill

The skill is provided free of charge. An Alexa-enabled device and an active internet connection are required. Images are displayed only on devices with a screen.

We do not guarantee the continuous or uninterrupted availability of the skill or its content. Maintenance, technical issues, changes to third-party services, or modifications to the service may result in temporary restrictions or interruptions.

AI-assisted tools are used as part of the production process to turn human-created lyrics, ideas, emotional perspectives, and creative direction into audible content.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
